By accessing or using AuditSwarm ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Description of Service
AuditSwarm is an AI-powered smart contract security analysis platform. The Service scans Solidity source code for potential vulnerabilities using pattern matching, static analysis, and AI-driven analysis.
3. Important Disclaimers
- Not a substitute for professional audits. AuditSwarm is a supplementary tool. It does not replace comprehensive manual security audits by qualified professionals.
- No guarantee of completeness. No automated scanner can detect all possible vulnerabilities. The absence of findings does not mean your code is secure.
- No financial advice. Security scores and findings are technical assessments, not financial or investment advice.
- Use at your own risk. You are solely responsible for the security of your deployed smart contracts. AuditSwarm is not liable for any losses resulting from vulnerabilities in your code, whether detected or not.
4. User Accounts
- You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
- One person or legal entity per account. Sharing accounts is not permitted.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the Service to scan code you do not own or have authorization to scan.
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute AuditSwarm's scanning engine or algorithms.
- Use the Service to develop competing products.
- Submit malicious code designed to attack or exploit the Service.
- Exceed rate limits or abuse the free tier through automated means.
6. Intellectual Property
- You retain all rights to the smart contract code you submit.
- Scan reports generated by AuditSwarm are licensed to you for your use.
- AuditSwarm retains all rights to its scanning engine, algorithms, vulnerability patterns, and platform.
- We may use aggregated, anonymized scan data to improve our detection engine.
7. Payments and Refunds
- Paid plans are billed monthly through Razorpay.
- Scan credits are non-refundable once used.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
- Prices may change with 30 days' notice.
8. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, AUDITSWARM SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
